The German Investment organisation WestInvest as potential buyer, requested the Wortmann office to undertake a technical feasibility study to assess the purchase of two office buildings situated in the district of Sarriá next to Diagonal on the former site of the football stadium of Real Club Deportivo Espanyol, one of the most highly valued urban areas of Barcelona.

The project, promoted by Sacresa, was designed by the architects Esteve Bonell and Francesc Rius and the development of the project was undertaken by the construction firm ACS. At the moment of the feasibility study the project was at the stage of finishings and was close to being handed over to the client.

The project consists of two buildings of 8 and 14 stories with a total of 13,500m2 of office space and equipped with telecommunication systems and high quality installations and finishing. The building of 14 stories narrows from the eighth floor becoming more slender and reducing in volume. The 8-storey tower also adopts a slimmer profile above the third floor. The project was developed to achieve maximum integration with the urban landscape.

The work undertaken by he Wortmann office consisted in a complete revision of the construction, installations and finishings of the building and acting as representative for the Developer during the negotiations for the purchase of the building.
