One of the more prominent projects that WA made during 2013 were the new offices of the General German Consulate on the 30th floor of the iconic Torre MAPFRE.
In collaboration with the Office of Architecture in Berlin AAK – Architekten am Kaiserdamm, winners of the competition organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany, WA was responsible for the final design and construction management. Despite the formal maturity and technical complexity, very high for the proposal, the work on site was performed in just 3 months.
The result is a facility characterized by transparency and equal treatment of all offices, inherent qualities in the democratic system in Germany.
Uno de los proyectos de más relieve que WA realizó durante el año 2013 fueron las nuevas oficinas del Consulado General Alemán en la trigésima planta de la emblemática Torre MAPFRE.
En colaboración con el despacho de Arquitectura Berlinés AAK – Architekten am Kaiserdamm, ganadores del concurso convocado por el Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores de Alemania, WA se responsabilizó del proyecto ejecutivo y de la dirección de obra que a pesar de la madurez formal y la complejidad técnica, muy elevada de la propuesta, la obra se realizó en tan solo 3 meses.
El resultado es una instalación caracterizada por la transparencia y el tratamiento igualitario del conjunto de los despachos Cualidades inherentes al sistema democrático de Alemania.
