Schmidt Ibérica

Located in Constantí, the extensive plot is comprised of an industrial plant, an office block, warehouses, silos and several washing lanes for cistern transport.

The whole site achieves an exemplary level of functional efficiency as well as serving as a benchmark of industrial aestheticism. The project included design stages throughout the development of almost 45.000m2, which includes the paving of surfaces, the development of a master plan for the logistic centre, the infrastructure for a skip tipping machine, a large number of silos reaching almost 45m in different faces, storage areas, etc.

The project was undertaken in 8 phases between 1997 and 2004.
